MEET THE FOUNDERS

Charles and Gabriella are the embodiment of enduring love, having grown together as childhood sweethearts and now sharing a life enriched by 3 wonderful children and 2 delightful grandchildren. Gabriella has focused her mission on child development through preschool director and teacher for over 20 years. She has a unique gift expressing her creativity through hosting and decor. In Their journey together, they dedicated 26 years of their lives serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they embraced values of honor, sacrifice, service and unity. Throughout their military service, they developed a deep understanding of the importance of leadership and the transformative effects it can have on individuals and communities. After retiring, Charles and Gabriella began focusing on leadership development and purpose discovery, believing strongly that everyone has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. Through the personal mentoring of dr. myles and ruth munroe, and now Charlie and Xoli Masala, They have become passionate advocates for the idea that leadership is not restricted to a select few, but exists in every human being on Earth. Through workshops, mentoring, and community engagement, they inspire others to find their unique purpose and lead with confidence. With their extensive experience, they have a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life, helping them recognize their strengths and aspirations. Their heart of service continues to thrive as they empower others to believe in themselves and the positive impact they can make in the world. All through 1 Man: Jesus. through 1 Message: The kingdom of god. and through 1 mission: multiply!

MEET THE CORE

DONALD AND MICHELLE ELDRIDGE SERVE AS executive VICE PRESIDENT AND HAVE EXCELLED IN CHILDREN AND YOUTH MINISTRy. They have been happily married for 8 years and are both dedicated to fulfilling the purpose and plan God has placed on their lives. Michelle’s passion for the “heart” of the child started in her personal youth, creating an after school bible club. Exhibiting exceptional organization skills, she later served as Children’s Ministry Director for over 10 years & proven to be an efficient  planner. Her passion has led to other certifications such as CPR trainer, Child care courses & local Co-Op Teacher. Donald has a strong passion for working with young people. He began his journey in coaching and mentoring when he was just 18 years old. Over the next 15 years he dedicated himself to coaching in different youth sports leagues. During this time he not only focused on coaching but also took the opportunity to mentor young athletes. His commitment to youth development showcases his belief in the importance of guiding and supporting the next generation. He has committed to develop curriculum to create a new citizen of incorruptible character, as he and Michelle Mentor, Disciple, Lead, and Love today's youth, and families abroad!

Nicholas Bowlin serves as Vice President of M1 Mission, an organization dedicated to transforming followers into leaders and leaders into agents of change. Known as Nick to colleagues and friends, he has held various leadership roles within ministries over the past 10 years, consistently embodying the mission to restore the world with the love of God—1 Man. 1 Message. 1 Mission. Nick has been happily married to Melissa for 12 years, and together, they are the proud parents of their 9-year-old daughter, Adeline, who has a remarkable heart for the Lord.  Melissa is passionate about helping individuals discover their God-given identity. Through her business, Fig Joy Creations, she inspires and empowers others to embrace their God-given creativity, bringing joy, beauty, and purpose into their lives through art. Additionally, Melissa serves as a substitute teacher at Stonebridge School, where she nurtures and supports children. In addition to his role as Vice President, Nick serves as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, where he focuses on operations and project management. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Systems Technologies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Guided by the M1 Mission strategy to Lift Jesus, Preach Kingdom, and Multiply, Nick and Melissa share a deep commitment to serving others. Together, they use their talents to further the Lord’s mission and make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

Tiffany Laitola holds the important roles of Secretary and Curriculum Developer. She is married to Donald Laitola and together they have raised four adult sons. Additionally Tiffany is proud to have three daughters-in-law and three grandchildren who bring joy to her life. Before her current positions she had a distinguished career as a Master Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy. Tiffany has also contributed to her community by serving in various church leadership roles demonstrating her commitment to both family and service. She also holds an Education Specialist Degree in Learning, Instruction, and Innovation from Walden University, a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology Management with a focus in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics and a Bachelor’s Degree in IT Management from Trident University; and an Associate’s in Applied Science in Computer Technical Studies from Excelsior College; she also holds certifications in Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, ITIL Foundations, and Post-secondary Instructor.

KIMBERLeY Gordon currently serves as M1 Mission/KCU Treasurer. She and her husband Charles have been married for 48 years and have 3 adult children with 25 grandchildren. Together, they proudly served 25 years in the united states navy. as a Chief Petty officer Charles developed critical leadership skills as he was assigned  various command positions. Kimberley Has 30 years experience in the Accounting and Bookkeeping Field retiring from the Navy Exchange Accounting department. they have a heart to serve people and both love to worship in the presence of God. Being raised in the church Kimberley has held the positions of Teacher, nursery Director, Prayer partner, Greeter, in addition to her current position. Kimberley and Charles Sr have a heart for God and to reach as many people as possible to multiply the Kingdom of God.
